Cloud Technology Champion: Lead the virtualisation effort to optimise operations for seamless remote work.
Information Management: Streamline data classification and auditing processes for enhanced security and compliance.
Technical Support & Training: Provide hands-on support for Microsoft, Apple, and mobile devices, keeping our team effectively updated and operational.
IT Strategy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to proactively align IT initiatives with organisational goals, empowering teams through effective communication and training.

At the international Confederation of Midwives (ICM), we envision a world where every childbearing woman has access to a midwife’s care. We empower midwives worldwide, enhancing the health of women and gender-diverse people through effective and compassionate care.

ICM has been the global voice of midwives and midwives’ associations for more than 100 years. The midwifery model of care is based on respect, dignity, compassion, and the promotion of human rights for all. This includes the right to access quality care from autonomous midwives. Midwives have a broad role in providing universal sexual reproductive health service according to the ICM Definition and Scope of Practice of a Midwife.

The ideal candidate:

Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field with 3+ years in Microsoft & Azure infrastructure roles.
Skills: Strong communication, fluent in English, problem-solving, and the ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions. 
Desirable Experience: SharePoint administration, Power Platform, Teams, and Power BI. 
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft environments, mobile device management (Intune).
Service Orientation: Proactive problem-solving skills with documentation skills, capable of managing IT policies and procedures. 
Security Awareness: Understanding of cybersecurity risks and data protection strategies, ensuring protection across all platforms. 
Candidates must be based in the Netherlands and have the eligibility to work.
